Each piece is handmade in my studio, with care and attention. Silver and natural stones are alive — they respond to how you treat them. A few simple habits will keep your jewelry beautiful for years.
Wearing your jewelry
Silver stays brighter when worn often. The natural oils in your skin help prevent tarnishing.
Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or sunscreen.
Remove before swimming in pools or hot springs — chlorine and sulfur can damage both silver and stones.
Saltwater is fine, but rinse with fresh water afterward.
Cleaning and storing
Clean your silver with a soft cloth (the one included with your order). Avoid silver dips or abrasive liquids.
For stones, wipe gently with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately.
Store each piece in its pouch or box, away from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A cool, dry place is best.
On tarnishing
Silver tarnishes naturally over time, especially in humid environments or with exposure to air. It's not a flaw — it's a sign that your piece is alive and responding to its surroundings. A gentle polish with a silver cloth will bring it back to its original shine.
Order & delivery
All pieces are made to order, just for you. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your piece to be crafted before shipping. This may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please let me know when you place your order and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and unique, I do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — I will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are exempt from returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes pieces with specific stone selections, modified designs, or any other personalized element.
For non-custom pieces, I offer exchanges for another item of equal or greater value within 14 daysof delivery, or store credit valid for 6 months. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the buyer.

We ship worldwide, from our studio in Barcelona,Spain. Your piece will travel to you with care and tracking.
How long does shipping take?
- Spain & Europe: 3–7 business days
- Argentina & other countries: 7–15 business days (depending on customs)
How long does it take to make my piece?
Each piece is made by hand, just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your jewelry before shipping. During busy periods (launches, holidays), this may extend to 7 business days.

Can I return or exchange my piece?
Because each piece is handmade and unique, I don't offer returns. However, if your piece doesn't feel like yours, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange it for another piece within 14 days of delivery. The shipping cost for exchanges is covered by the buyer.
