Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind.
What if it's damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. I will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
What if it doesn't feel like yours?
For non-custom pieces, I offer exchanges for another item of equal value, or store credit, within 14 days of delivery. The buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
Custom & personalized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective upon receipt.
Order & Delivery
All pieces are made to order, just for you. Please allow 5 working days for your piece to be crafted before shipping.
If you need your piece by a specific date, let me know when you place your order — I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Care
Wearing your jewelry
- Silver stays brighter when worn often. The natural oils in your skin help prevent tarnishing.
- Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or sunscreen.
- Remove before swimming in pools or hot springs — chlorine and sulfur can damage both silver and stones.
- Saltwater is fine, but rinse with fresh water afterward.
Cleaning and storing
- Clean your silver with a soft cloth (the one included with your order). Avoid silver dips or abrasive liquids.
- For stones, wipe gently with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately.
- Store each piece in its pouch or box, away from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A cool, dry place is best.
